How redemption works

The Upgrade Time Lock is the only route from PDF-only to PDF + Word. Without an active Lock, the upgrade route isn't available — no exceptions.

With an active Lock

  • Editable Word file delivered to your original purchase email
Without a Lock
  • This redemption route is not available
  • Purchase PDF + Word from the original product page at the standard price
  • The Personalisation Studio runs again from scratch
  • No late upgrades — the Lock fee is the only route

How payment and verification work

Pay first, we verify your Lock and original order, then deliver Word — usually within 1 working day.

    Complete the form and pay

    Pick your document, enter your original order details and confirm your Lock is active. Pay the price difference at checkout — not the full Word price.

    We verify

    Our team checks your original PDF-only order, confirms the Upgrade Time Lock was purchased and confirms the request is within the 60-day window. Verification happens within 1 working day.

    Receive your editable Word file

    Your personalised Word (.docx) file is emailed to your original purchase address — reusable internally for one legal entity.

The Lock fee model, plainly. The Upgrade Time Lock you bought at the original order is fully credited toward this upgrade — it comes straight off the price difference. In effect the Lock is free if you go on to upgrade within the 60-day window: you pay the difference between the PDF-only price and the PDF + Word price, less the Lock fee you already paid. If you choose not to upgrade, the Lock fee is non-refundable.

If verification fails (no Lock on the original order, outside the 60-day window or original wasn't PDF-only), we'll refund the upgrade fee within 2 working days. To avoid this, please double-check the details on the form before paying.

No Upgrade Time Lock on your original order? The redemption route is not available. You're welcome to purchase the PDF + Word version of any document from its product page at the standard price. The Personalisation Studio will run again from scratch.
