Word is yours to edit freely, but if you'd rather an expert make a change, we'll amend your Word file for you, if within 30 days of original purchase. For Word and PDF + Word orders — and we can regenerate the matching PDF too if you need it.
Is this the right service?
The Amendment Service is for minor wording edits to a previously purchased Word (.docx) file or PDF + Word bundle. It is not for structural clause changes or consultant-led Premium packs.
- Tidying wording, grammar and fixing typos
- Small clause tweaks (e.g. change notice period from 1 to 2 months)
- Updating names, titles, departments or addresses
- Adjusting dates or salary figures already present
- Adding light, company-specific details without changing structure
- Employment status changes (fixed-term ↔ permanent, employee ↔ contractor)
- Adding or removing whole clauses (covenants, bonuses, hours framework)
- Major policy rewrites or jurisdiction changes
- Re-issuing the document to a new employee or engagement — each document is licensed for the original individual or role; for a new hire, purchase a new document so the Personalisation Studio runs fresh
- Consultant-led Premium packs (use the original consultant route)

Submit the request
Choose the document count and whether you want a matching regenerated PDF too. Complete the form above and pay. We acknowledge receipt within 1 working day with your order confirmation.

We amend your Word file
Our team applies your amendments to the Word master — 3 working days standard or next working day with Express. If you selected the PDF option too, we regenerate that to match.

Receive your updated files
The updated Word file (and matching PDF if selected) is emailed to your original purchase address. Check the changes; if anything needs further adjustment, just reply to the email.
Why we offer this if Word is editable? Word is fully editable and you can absolutely make changes yourself — that's the point of buying the Word version, but if you'd rather an expert apply the edit, especially for clause wording you're uncertain about, we're here. It's convenience-for-busy-people, not a service apologising for existing.
Unsure if Amendment is the right service? Email support@hrlaunchbox.com before purchasing. PDF-only customer? Use the Regeneration Service instead. For larger edits or structural changes, consider purchasing a new document or pack.
About add-ons. The Express Scheduling add-on, when available, appears with the form above. Adding Express moves your request to the priority queue: next working day from acknowledgement instead of three.
