What "Express" means per product
Express moves your order to the front of the queue. What that means in practice depends on the underlying product. The Express fee for each is shown in the variant selector above.
- Regeneration Service — standard 3 working days becomes next working day from receipt of your corrected inputs.
- Amendment Service — standard 3 working days becomes next working day from receipt of your corrected inputs.
- Premium UK New Hire Starter Pack — you're offered a next-working-day consultation slot instead of standard scheduling. Express brings your consultation forward; it doesn't change the delivery timeframe, which is shown on that product's page.
- Premium UK New Hire Starter Pack + — same: a next-working-day consultation slot, with delivery as shown on that product's page.
Express isn't for everything
Single documents and self-serve bundles already deliver within minutes — there's no queue to jump. Express is only useful where there's an underlying queue or a consultation to bring forward.

How it works
Add Express on any eligible product page or at checkout.

Add Express to your order
Tick the Express card on any eligible product page. Pay the Express fee alongside the main product at checkout.

We confirm and prioritise
We acknowledge your order within 1 working day. For Premium packs, your scheduling link offers next-working-day consultation slots. For Regeneration/Amendment, we confirm scope.

Priority turnaround
For services, your work is delivered the next working day from receipt of your corrected inputs. For Premium packs, you attend your next-working-day slot and your documents are delivered within the timeframe shown on that product's page.
"Next working day" and weekends. Where an order is placed on a Friday or the day before a UK public holiday, the next-working-day slot falls on the following working day. Express is non-refundable once next-working-day slot options have been made available to you, whether or not you take one.
If you can't attend your Express slot. Your booking reverts to standard scheduling at the next available time and the Express fee is not refunded. If we fail to provide the booked next-working-day slot, we refund the Express fee.
Subject to consultant availability. Express prioritises your work but can't override capacity. If a fully-booked window means we can't offer a next-working-day slot, we'll contact you with the soonest available time and refund Express if we can't meet the Express commitment.
