How it works, step by step
  • Purchase & book — right after checkout you'll get a link to book your consultation at a time that suits you. Prefer to arrange it directly? Our scheduling team is on hand to find a slot with you.
  • Consultation — dedicated time with your consultant (2 hours on the Premium pack, 3 on Premium +). Your consultant completes the Personalisation Studio with you on the call, answering your questions as you go.
  • Tailored drafts — your documents are delivered shortly after the consultation call ending.
  • One revision — one round of factual amendments is included if requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Need it faster? When availability allows, Express scheduling can bring your consultation forward to the next working day for a small fee. When it's available, you'll see it as an option on the product page or in your cart.

Formats & licensing — how it works

Every consultant-led pack comes with both PDF and Word as standard — there's nothing to choose. Here's what each is for:

  • Your PDFs — ready to issue straight away. Named documents such as the offer letter, contract or checklist are licensed for one named individual or transaction within a single legal entity; the Employee Handbook can be shared internally across all your staff. Read-only.
  • Your Word (.docx) files — the same documents, fully editable and reusable internally by your legal entity, so you can adapt them for future hires without buying again.
  • In practice — issue the PDFs today, keep the Word masters to reuse and adapt tomorrow.
