Time tracked fairly
Calls and short emails are tracked in 15-minute increments, rounded up. Meetings and video sessions use 30-minute blocks. Ask for your balance any time.
Nothing expires silently
Each block is valid for 12 months from its purchase date and we'll email you 60 days before any hours expire.
14 days to change your mind
Cancel within 14 days for a full refund, as long as no hours have been used and no consultation has taken place. See our refund policy.
Honest about our limits
We give UK HR advice, not legal advice. If something needs a solicitor, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

How do I book time with a consultant?
Your welcome email explains how to book. You can book 1 or 2 hour sessions online or email a quick question and we'll track the time against your balance.
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a one-off purchase with no auto-renewal. If your hours run low, you can top up whenever you like.
What isn't included?
Formal legal advice or litigation, high-volume payroll processing and immigration casework. For legal matters, we'll point you to a solicitor.
