A few quick explainers on why packs beat buying separately, plus formats, licensing and upgrades.

Why a pack beats buying documents separately

Buy documents one at a time and you re-enter your setup details for each — slower and it risks small inconsistencies between documents. A pack personalises everything in one guided Studio flow: fewer steps, fewer errors and one consistent set of documents at the end.

Formats & licensing — how it works
  • Personalised PDF (per document) — for named documents such as the offer letter, contract or checklist, the licence covers one named individual or transaction for a single legal entity. Read-only, not editable.
  • Personalised PDF (organisation-wide) — a policy document or Employee Handbook can be shared internally across all staff within a single legal entity. Read-only, not editable.
  • Personalised Word (.docx) — fully editable and reusable internally by one legal entity, for future hires without buying again.
  • Want both? Choose the PDF + Word option at checkout for files to send and editable masters to reuse.
Changed your mind after choosing PDF only?
  • Add the Upgrade Time Lock at checkout and you keep the right to add the Word versions later — for 60 days — at just the price difference, using your original answers. No need to complete the Studio again.
  • Without the Lock, adding Word later means buying the pack again as a fresh purchase and re-entering your details — which costs more overall.
  • The Lock is optional, added at the time of your original PDF purchase. See how the Upgrade Time Lock works.
