    Meet your consultant

    In a dedicated 3-hour session, your consultant runs the Personalisation Studio live with you. The first hour focuses on the hire; the remaining two on the Handbook and your company-wide policy decisions.

    Receive your documents

    All four documents are produced, quality-checked and delivered shortly after your consultation — both PDF and editable Word formats as standard.

Booking & amendments. Your consultation is a committed appointment. One reschedule is free if requested more than 48 hours before your slot; a reschedule 48 hours or less before, or a missed appointment, carries a £25 admin fee before re-booking. One round of factual amendments is included, requested within 7 days of delivery — covering answers recorded incorrectly or factual errors in the output (not changes of mind, new clauses or structural changes). Full terms are in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Works with your e-signature tool. Upload to DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Dropbox Sign or any e-signature platform. Signature lines for employer, employee and (where relevant) manager are included.
