Yes. Choose zero hours in the Studio and the contract covers how work is offered, how hours are recorded and paid and holiday for irregular hours. It doesn't include an exclusivity clause, because these are unenforceable in zero hours contracts.
Does it cover fixed-term and apprenticeship contracts?
Yes. The Studio also creates fixed-term, part-time, casual and apprenticeship contracts and asks only the questions that apply to the type you choose.
Does it include the written statement of particulars?
Yes. Employees and workers are entitled to a written statement of their main terms from their first day and the contract covers it as standard.
What notice period should I set?
The legal minimum is one week once someone has worked for you for a month, rising to one week for each full year of service, up to 12 weeks. Many employers set a longer notice period for senior roles and the Studio explains your options as you go.
