Without a Lock

  • This upgrade isn't available
  • Buy PDF + Word from the document's page at the standard price
  • The Personalisation Studio runs again from the start
  • Late upgrades aren't possible without a Lock

The Lock you bought with your original order is fully credited, so in effect it's free when you upgrade within 60 days.

How do I know if I have an Upgrade Time Lock?

It appears as a separate line on your original order confirmation. If you're not sure, email us your order number and we'll check.

Has my Lock fee already been taken off?

Yes. The price shown at the top of this page is the difference between PDF and PDF + Word, with your Lock fee already credited.

Can I upgrade a Starter Pack?

Yes. Choose your pack at the top of this page and all of its documents are upgraded to Word.

What if my upgrade can't be verified?

If there's no Lock on your original order, you're outside the 60-day window or your original order wasn't PDF only, we'll refund the upgrade within 2 working days.

I didn't add a Lock. Can I still get Word?

Yes, by buying PDF + Word from the document's page at the standard price. The Personalisation Studio will run again from the start.

What can I do with the Word file?

Edit it and reuse it internally for one legal entity. Read the full licence in our Terms of Service.
