How is the session held?
It's a 2-hour video session booked online at a time that suits you, from the slots available.
When will I receive my documents?
Shortly after your consultation, once your documents have been checked. You'll get PDF and Word versions of all three, plus a combined PDF.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can move your session once for free with more than 48 hours' notice. Later changes or a missed session may incur an admin fee. See our booking terms.
How does Express work?
Add Express and we'll offer you a next-working-day session, subject to availability. Express is non-refundable once next-working-day slots have been offered to you.
Can I reuse the documents for future hires?
Yes. The Word versions can be edited and reused internally for one legal entity.
