The key documents are a written offer, an employment contract covering the written statement of particulars and a right-to-work check before they start. This pack covers all three. You'll also need to register as an employer with HMRC, get employers' liability insurance and set up a workplace pension where required.
How long does the Studio take?
About 20 to 30 minutes for all three documents. You enter your company and new starter details once and we use them across the pack.
Is it cheaper than buying the documents separately?
Yes. In every format, the pack costs less than buying the offer letter, contract and checklist on their own.
