For wording tweaks, not a new document.
Amendments are minor edits to a Word document you've already bought. Bigger changes need a fresh document from the Studio.

- Tidying wording and grammar and fixing typos
- Small clause tweaks, such as a notice period from 1 to 2 months
- Updating names, job titles, departments or addresses
- Adjusting dates or salary figures already in the document
- Adding light company-specific details without changing the structure

Choose how many documents and whether you want a matching PDF, then complete the form and pay. We acknowledge your request within 1 working day.

We amend your Word file
We apply your changes within 3 working days or by the next working day with Express and update the PDF to match if you chose it.

Receive your updated files
Your updated files are emailed to your original purchase address. If anything still needs adjusting, just reply.

You absolutely can, that's the point of Word. But if you're unsure about clause wording or short on time, we'll make the change for you.
What counts as a minor amendment?
Wording tidy-ups, typos, small clause tweaks like changing a notice period and updating names, dates or figures already in the document. Anything that changes the structure isn't covered.
Can you update the PDF too?
Yes. Choose the matching PDF option at the top of this page and we'll update it to match your amended Word file.
How quickly will I get my updated files?
Within 3 working days of acknowledgement or by the next working day if you add Express.
I only bought the PDF. Can I use this?
No. For PDF-only orders, use the Regeneration Service to correct details that were entered wrongly.
