Regeneration corrects details that were entered wrongly. It can't change the legal terms or structure of a document.

- A wrong salary figure or decimal point, not the pay structure

Details that were entered incorrectly, such as a misspelt name, the wrong start date or a salary typed with a misplaced decimal point. Anything that changes the terms of the document isn't covered.
How quickly will I get my corrected PDF?
Within 3 working days of acknowledgement or by the next working day if you add Express.
Can I correct several documents at once?
Yes. Choose 1, 3 or 4 documents at the top of this page, for example if the same detail is wrong across your Starter Pack.
Can I use it to reissue a document to someone else?
No. Each document is licensed for the original person or role. For a new hire, buy a new document so the Studio runs fresh.
My order included Word. Do I need this?
No. You can edit the Word file yourself or use the Amendment Service if you'd like us to make the changes.
