What you'll receive
- A senior UK HR consultant reviews your finished document for fit to your scenario, clarity and obvious risks.
- Word files: tracked changes inline + short margin notes explaining the changes.
- PDF files: a concise change list emailed to you, plus one regeneration incorporating the agreed changes.
- Practical risk flags and plain-English suggestions you can act on.
- Returned within 3 working days for a single document or 5 working days for an eligible bundle, from your document being generated.
What this is and what it isn't
Consultant Review is a sanity-check by a senior HR practitioner. Useful for first-time hirers, complex cases or anyone who wants a second pair of eyes. It's not a full legal audit.

Add Review to your order
Tick the Consultant Review card on any eligible product page. Pay alongside the main document at checkout.

Complete your document first
Personalise your document through the Personalisation Studio as normal. Your document is generated and emailed to you and the review begins from that point.

Review returned to you
Your consultant reviews the finished document and returns tracked changes (Word) or a change list with a regenerated PDF, typically within 3 working days for a single document or 5 for an eligible bundle.
Eligibility
- Available on single documents — Offer Letter, Employment Contract and the Employee Handbook.
- Also available on the self-serve bundles — UK New Hire Starter Pack and UK New Hire Starter Pack +.
- Not eligible on the New Starter Checklist (administrative document, not a clause-based one).
- Not eligible on Premium packs — the consultant already runs the Personalisation Studio with you and a round of changes are included.
